Bowe Organics Lash Oil
Hello, lovelies. I hope you aren’t melting in this unusual summer heat we have been enjoying here in the UK?
The lovely weather inspired me to step outside for the photography for this post today, which is a review of the Bowe Organics Lash Oil.
Bowe organics is a relatively new brand, created by a freelance hairdresser who switched to organic hair products in 2012, fueling a journey which discovered the benefits of organic botanical ingredients.
In 2018 the brand launched their first product, their Vegan Society certified Lash Oil.
Wanting to deliver a lash conditioner free from toxic and harmful chemicals, Bowe Organics created a lash oil which conditions, thickens and strengthens lashes.
Full of organic botanical ingredients, this is perfect for anyone who is looking to ditch the falsies.
The oil is a great multi-tasker and can also be used to condition and aid regrowth of overplucked sparse eyebrows.
Let’s look at the Ingredients
Packed full of 100% organic and certified vegan botanicals such;
- Rosa Canina Seed Oil (Rosehip)
- Ricinus Communis Seed Oil (Castor)
- Simmondsia Chinensis Seed Oil (Jojoba)
- Tocopheryl Acetate (Vitamin E).
I was lucky enough to be sent this product to test, and as you know, a product only makes it to my blog if it really wows me, and boy, do I love this product.
Firstly, I love the ethos of this brand. I also love that this was created with the idea of introducing something a little different to the industry.
I have now been using this for around 8 weeks and have seen a big difference in the condition of my lashes. Best applied in the evening after your usual cleansing routine, this is easily slotted in any beauty regime.
I am lucky to have naturally long lashes and I would say I haven’t really noticed a difference in the length. What I have noticed, however, is the improved condition and reduced fall out in my natural lash cycle.
No more sparse lashes
Usually, every six weeks, I lose a quite a few lashes on the inner corner on both upper lash lines, resulting in sparse looking lashes. This makes mascara application a chore, with big gaps where my natural fall out occurs. Even my favourite mascara struggles to make my lashes look good.
This lash cycle, no lash fall out, no sparse looking lashes! I have now also started to use this on my eyebrows, so watch this space as I will be reporting back on any brow growth.
The product is also puppy approved! Puppy photobomb (I just had to include this).
If you would like to discover more about the brand or the product, hop over to their website. I have also been given a 20% off discount code for my lovely readers, just enter code Bowe1 at checkout.
I’d also just like to add, that although this was sent to me as a PR sample, all thoughts are my own and I am not financially compensated in any way for featuring this product. I just truly believe it is one great little lash oil.
I hope you have enjoyed the read and discovering a new brand with me?
