Glossybox UK February 2018 Review.
Hello my lovelies, and welcome to my Glossybox UK February 2018 review.
This year so far is flying by and I can’t believe its already time to talk about the next box from Glossybox UK.
So with ‘V’ day just around the corner, single or attached a nice little box of Valentine’s treats is sure to make anyone’s day.
Glossybox has replaced Valentines this month with their ‘Galentines’ box, whether you are spending the day with your gal pals or getting dolled up for that hot date, this months box is designed to make you the most beautiful you.
Glossybox is a beauty subscription box, which is £10 a month, plus P&P. You will receive 5 beauty products and is an awesome way to discover new brands.
I have a 20% off your first box discount, which you can redeem by entering code LOUISE-RJF at checkout. To find out a bit more about Glossybox or to subscribe click HERE.
Ok, so let’s talk about what was in this months box.
This box was a little different from past boxes I have received. Usually, I receive a mix of makeup and skincare but this box comprised of 4 makeup items and a nail polish.
Steve Laurant, Nude Pop Lip Tint, full-size RRP, £17. A creamy lip tint, hydrating, long-lasting and cruelty-free.
Studio 10 Beauty, Makeup Mist Glow-Plexion, travel size, RRP, £14. This mist instantly primes, refreshes, and hydrates lackluster skin. It can also be used as a setting spray.
Icona Milano, Emotion Allowed Mascara, full size, RRP, £15. With a creamy formula perfect for building extreme volume that lasts. Cruelty-free and smudge, water and humidity resistant.
Sleek Makeup, Divine Eyeshadow Palette in Storm, full size, RRP, £8.99. 12 super pigmented eyeshadows.
Ciate London, Gelology Nail varnish, mini size, RRP, £6. PETA certified and vegan-friendly, a gel finish that provides chip-free wear for up to 10 days.
Some of these items I have tried in the past so I will be giving away, and as always, if any really wow me I will post them up at a later date.
I wouldn’t say this was my favorite box. I didn’t find the packaging as pretty and I have to admit it isn’t as photogenic as past boxes.
I personally love to discover new skincare brands so was a little disappointed that most of my items were makeup. The full-size Sleek eyeshadow palette was nice, but as I’ve said before, I am not a huge eyeshadow fan. Great news for my Insta followers though as this will be going in my upcoming giveaway!
